"Dear Rich,
Tonight is great for me- the window casings look better than they were ever intended to look- such a difference.

As for the shelf in the cupboard- not only do I not have things heaped and piled onto each other, but I have even been able to move some things from the cupboard to the left of the stove over to the right, meaning I don't still have things piled and heaped in that cupboard any longer either. You cannot imagine how much this will make my life easier.

And the venting from the furnace? I now don't have to worry about my roofing shingles curling or buckling again one of these days.

Only downside was for Jason. By the way- thanks for sending him back. He's the only one we really felt good about and we were hoping to get him back again. Poor guy had to make some trips to Home Depot because he wanted the windows and shelves to be perfect. Also, had to be on our roof in the pouring rain. Wanted him to wait the rain out, but he wanted to get that done while the stain on the wood was drying. Also wouldn't let me drive him up and down the driveway to move his heavy machinery- he lugged the stuff by han. Our house is set halfway back on a 1 acre lot, so I can only imagine what it felt like to lug that machinery in the pouring rain. He said he wouldn't let me drive the machines down the driveway in the trunk of my car because they were dirty and greasy and he didn't want me to dirty my car.

Long story short- I had a wonderful day... Jason has been very gracious... Don't know where you got this guy. Don't know how you keep this guy. Just keep doing whatever you do to accomplish it. He is smart, talented, and hard-working. Wouldn't take breaks, or meals, or advantage in any way. Thanks for sending him back to finish the job... Thanks for everything."
