Copy of Purchase Offer for Land or Copy of Deed, Survey and Tax Bills, if the Land is currently owned

Complete Employment Information for previous 2 years, including names, addresses and zip codes

Copy of 2 Recent Consecutive Pay-Stubs (covering 30-day period) with Year-To-Date Information

W-2s for past 2 years. We do have programs for the self-employed customers

Names, Address and Account Numbers for all assets being verified. Copies of the most recent bank statements (3 months) or copy of passbook, showing funds needed to close. Source of funds for any recent large deposits in last 3 months.

Mortgage Statement

Copy of Sales Contract if other property is being sold

Trade-In Payoff Letter (if applicable)

Estimates from Contractors in Writing
